Cllr Tonks has arranged a WHITE RIBBON AWARENESS WALK & TALK - 24th November 6pm
Wrockwardine Parish Council have recently gained White Ribbon supporter status to show our commitment to raising awareness and ending violence against women and girls.
White Ribbon Day is 25th November with various events taking place on and around this date. The walk is from Admaston House, onto the Silkin Way and around the nature reserve at 6PM ON WEDNESDAY 24TH NOVEMBER and we would like to encourage residents of all ages and genders to show support for this cause. This will also be a good opportunity for residents to meet and chat with others.
Meet at 5.50pm on Admaston House car park. Walk will be around 30 - 45 mins.
Please wear appropriate clothing and bring a torch Children and dogs welcome. Donations to the White Ribbon charity also accepted on the evening if you wish to and White Ribbon ribbons & stickers will be available.
